Our Pool Cleaning Services are Guaranteed as I believe a company should guarantee their work or service. I personally believe you should get a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren’t happy or something didn’t get done (as in no one showed up) you shouldn’t pay. I’ve had to take a hit sometimes financially when I’ve had employees that haven’t worked out, but the right thing to do is not to charge someone if you haven’t given them what has been expected, or offer to make it right. Either way it’s about respecting you and your money.
